TECHNICAL LEAD - GENERAL (HYBRID)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid work

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Working Model: Hybrid - 2/3 times per week in Client (Lisboa)

Language Requirements: Fluent English (C1+) - Portuguese and Spanish (nice to have)

Experience: Up to 15 years of experience

What We're Looking For / Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and
- on Technical Lead to drive and oversee the technical direction of software development projects. This professional will be responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and
- performance solutions, while also mentoring development teams and fostering a collaborative and strategic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Define and maintain the Technical Debt Backlog
• Create and manage Application Technical Documentation
• Submit and track Infrastructure Change Requests
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional and global teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with distributed/global teams
• Strong analytical mindset and
  - solving skills
• High attention to quality and detail in all deliveries
• Experience with strategic and complex projects
• In-depth knowledge of application technologies and
  - on experience in development
• Solid understanding of system architecture and complex solution design
• Familiarity with the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR compliance

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese and Spanish
