Technical Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

- Up to 10 years of experience in the platform/language/technology/framework to be defined in the service description.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.

- Critical thinking and
- solving focus.

- Commitment to delivery quality.

- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence tools (valued).

- Project experience (valued).

- Language proficiency (written and spoken):

English (mandatory), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued).

- Knowledge of the application technologies.

- “Hands-on" experience with these technologies.
