About the job

• Act as Tech Lead for Out
  Systems, supporting technical teams throughout the entire application lifecycle.
• Guide teams on best practices, validate technical analyses, and support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with global development teams to ensure
  - quality delivery.
• Define and maintain technical guidelines, reference architectures, and development blueprints.
• Conduct and validate code reviews and technical assessments.
• Promote development best practices and coach technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders, managing communication and technical expectations.
• Provide critical analysis and
  - solving support for complex technical challenges.

What are we looking for?

• Up to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, global team environments.
• Critical thinking and
  - solving mindset.
• Strong commitment to quality in deliverables.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence) – valued.
• Proven experience in IT projects – valued.
• Advanced knowledge of Out
  Systems platform (mandatory).
• Experience in designing and architecting platform/technology solutions.
• Relevant certifications in Out
  Systems and related platforms – valued.

Language skills:

• English (mandatory – written and spoken).
• Portuguese and Spanish – valued.
