Join our team as a Technical Lead – Salesforce & Marketing Cloud (Hybrid – Lisbon)

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Collaborate with global teams in a highly collaborative environment.

- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

- Contribute to strategic projects within the Energy & Utilities sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- Up to 15 years of experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies.

- Strong experience in designing complex solutions and
- on technical implementation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work in collaborative environments with global teams.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on
- solving.

- Commitment to
- quality deliveries.

- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities market and GDPR compliance.

- Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence (preferred).

- Experience in strategic projects is valued.

- Languages: English required;

Portuguese and Spanish valued.
