Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2 developers, including monitoring performance, conducting 1:1s, and providing constructive feedback.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders to align expectations, negotiate deadlines, and ensure transparency.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, mitigation strategies, and business impact in a clear and structured manner.
• Guarantee
  - quality deliverables on time and in compliance with client guidelines and best practices.
• Contribute to development efforts (20–40% of time) by writing code, reviewing pull requests, and supporting technical tasks.
• Make architectural decisions and guide technical strategy to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and
  - oriented team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven team leadership experience, preferably leading developers in
  - focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and architecture design patterns, and CI/CD tooling
• Solid understanding of scrum methodology and experience using agile tools (e. G. , Jira).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Resilient,
  - oriented, and driven by technology and challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (AKS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in payments or financial services projects.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices with Azure Dev
  Ops or similar platforms.
