We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our development teams and contribute to the company’s overall technological strategy. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud environments, fullstack development, Kubernetes, and Dev
Ops best practices, ensuring
- quality delivery and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to fullstack development teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and support development using Java, . NET, Node. js, React, Angular, and modern web technologies.
• Lead
  - based and
  - premises architecture initiatives, including Kubernetes infrastructure, microservices design, and CI/CD pipeline implementation with Dev
  Sec
  Ops practices.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and proven experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong background in backend (Java, . NET) and frontend frameworks (Angular, React).
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and Dev
  Ops practices.
• Excellent
  - solving skills, strong communication abilities, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and
  - driven architectures.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
• Familiarity with security best practices and tools like Kafka, Mongo
  DB, Docker, Swagger, Elasticsearch, CI pipelines, Web
  Sockets, SSE, among others.
