Responsabilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex enterprise Saa
  S applications across backend, data, infrastructure, and frontend domains.
• Set technical direction and best practices for cloud infrastructure, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend applications.
• Drive adoption of modern Dev
  Ops, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Mentor and support engineers across disciplines (backend, data, infrastructure, frontend).
• Facilitate
  - team collaboration with product, analytics, and design partners.
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Delivery & Quality:
• Ensure delivery of
  - quality, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Oversee code reviews, architecture documentation, and technical
  - making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues;
  
  participate in
  - call rotations as needed.
• Innovation & Growth:
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that align with business goals (e. G. , AI/ML,
  - cloud, serverless).
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and growing the team’s technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading engineering teams building
  - scale, enterprise Saa
  S applications.
• Deep
  - on expertise in at least two of the following:
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Backend development (Type
  Script, Python, Graph
  QL, REST APIs)
• Data engineering (Databricks, Snowflake, ETL pipelines, data modeling)
• Frontend engineering (React, Type
  Script, modern frontend tooling)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Dev
  Ops, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Experience with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS) and/or serverless platforms.
• Excellent communication skills;
  
  able to explain complextechnical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative,
  - ownership culture.
• Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving requirements.
• Experience in
  - growth or
  - focused Saa
  S companies.
• Exposure to
  - cloud environments and/or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power
  BI, Tableau) and integrating with such tools.
• Track record of driving technical innovation and process improvement.
