Overall mission

As the technical lead, you will oversee the company's technical team and all projects related to PC Soft Technology
(Windev Webdev, Windev Mobile). Your responsibility is to guide the developer to use the correct method and
provide guidance for new features implementation.
To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to
quickly identify and correct problems. You need to build a thrustful relation within the PC Soft developers team to
respect the company mission and achieve the given target within the framework you build.

Main contribution

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
• Perform code review and provide guidance for PC Soft developers
• Liaising with team members and product owners to ensure projects are completed to standard
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
• Keeping

• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
• Handle complex development within PC Soft technology
• Create internal development standard and good practice
• Ensuring that production issue can be solved in a short term

Required skills

• 10-years experience in IT development
• Strong development knowledge on PC Soft technology (Windev, Webdev, Windev Mobile)
• Strong team leading experience
• Strong agile / scrum methodology

• Strong knowledge on development culture
• Strong on PC Soft technology (Windev, Webdev,

Windev Mobile)

• Strong on software architecture (Web and API Rest)
