The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to fully leverage AI technology.

What will you achieve?

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to play a key role in executing the integration of AI capabilities across our software portfolio. This position involves collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of AI technologies that drive customer value and support business goals.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
  - functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate AI features into software products.
• Capability Identification and Prioritization: Support the identification and prioritization of AI capabilities that enhance functionalities in areas like HR, Finance, and Management.
• Project Management: Manage the

  - day execution of AI projects, monitoring progress and addressing challenges to ensure timely delivery of

• Market Research and Feedback: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product improvements and identify opportunities for AI application.
• Communication and Analysis: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of AI features.
