Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Easypay's payment platform. This is a unique hybrid role combining product vision with
- on project delivery—you'll own both the "what" and the "how. "
Our platform provides public APIs that power critical merchant integrations, where every detail matters. From feature prioritization to sprint planning and stakeholder alignment, you will play a key role in delivering a
- class developer experience while scaling our infrastructure to meet growing demand.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and own the product roadmap for Easypay's payment platform, balancing merchant needs, technical capabilities, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations to align priorities and deliver meaningful value.
Execution & Delivery
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
• Translate product vision into clear, actionable user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with a team of ~10 engineers and 1 designer to deliver
- quality features on time.
• Manage
- functional initiatives, from new payment method launches to compliance projects (PSD2, DORA, CESOP).
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Gather and synthesize merchant feedback, turning pain points into product improvements.
• Communicate progress, roadmap updates, and key decisions clearly to leadership and the broader organization.
• Report directly to the Head of Engineering and collaborate on technical architecture and platform strategy.
Continuous Improvement
• Use data and metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team collaboration.
• Stay ahead of payment industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
Required
• 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role — ideally in Saa
S, platform, or API-driven products.
• Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and iteration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing 2-week sprints, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to influence without authority and build consensus across teams.
• Strong analytical and

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
• Autonomy and ownership mindset — you don't wait for direction; you identify problems and drive solutions.
• Attention to detail, particularly around documentation, and user experience.
Nice-to-Haves
• Engineering background (former developer or technical role) — you speak the language of engineers.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated environments (PSD2, KYC/AML, financial compliance).
• Familiarity with API-first products and developer tools such as REST, g
RPC, webhooks and SDKs.
