What will you be doing?

Coordinating and "translating" communication between IT and the business department;

Creation of technical concepts for new features of the online store, with focus on the customer journey;

Consulting business counterparts on technical feasibility, implications, dependencies, considering performance, security and scalability;

Advising the Global E-Commerce business unit on new ideas and requirements, aiming to ensure requirement maturity for efficient and smooth implementation;

Evaluating concept quality together with the development team and identifying concept gaps and contradictions;

Supporting developers in implementation during technical conception and implementation (no programming);

Preparing and conducting tests and approvals with all involved parties.

What are we looking for?

Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail or e
Commerce environment;

Experience as a Technical Product Owner in e
Commerce (m/f/d);

Experience with online shops focusing on storefront (e
Commerce, PIM, Order Management);

Knowledge of current web trends (Angular, React, Progressive Web App, Single Page Application, Responsive, Performance);

A background in software development/programming is mandatory;

Business fluent in English.
