Commerce capabilities (e
CBE) supporting a diverse range of software and hardware products. As part of our Product Management organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how Siemens conducts digital business in the modern era.

Your mission will be…

• Lead technical delivery for e
  Commerce solutions through Scrum teams
• Drive the development and implementation of Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace features
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define and finalize technical approaches
• Provide technical leadership to Scrum teams of 5+ developers and test owners
• Analyze and translate business requirements into
  - formed technical specifications
• Manage resource estimation and allocation for project deliverables
• Ensure adherence to agile processes and continuous improvement
• Lead conflict resolution and risk management during delivery sprints
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align
  - wide priorities
• Work within a complex ecosystem of internal business systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 7+ years of industry experience, including:
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• 3+ years in requirements analysis and specification creation
• Experience in product pricing, portfolio, and positioning
• Strong knowledge of B2B e
  Commerce platforms
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities
• Experience with Salesforce B2BCommerce is a plus

• Previous experience with enterprise e
  Commerce platforms
• Background in software development environments
• Track record of successful product delivery in complex technical environments
