We are seeking a Technical Support Digital Ads specialist in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). In this role, you will support our clients' social media areas, ensuring adherence to guidelines, promoting service improvements, and actively participating in enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service quality and user experience.
• Handle and resolve
  -
  - end product troubleshooting and customer support via email and chat channels.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve technical and product queries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and ensuring service levels are met.
• Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic (C1) and English (B2), both verbal and written.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service program within an Advertising Tech company.
• Proficiency with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
