The Role

As a Technical Production Manager, you’ll be essential to DAZN’s live and host broadcast operations. Your responsibilities include coordinating technical workflows for major sports productions, ensuring
- quality content delivery across platforms. You will liaise with broadcasters, production teams, facilities providers, and internal stakeholders to align on logistics, technology infrastructure, and signal paths. Your role covers
- production planning, live event execution, and
- event reporting—ensuring smooth, compliant broadcasts that captivate audiences. This position suits a
- oriented team player passionate about live sports and broadcast innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead technical assessments and coordinate with DAZN central team
• Verify and maintain technical requirements for live and
  - live productions to meet top market standards
• Act as focal point with DAZN Facilities team on technical and technology assessments for new office locations
• Manage contracts and distribution of satellites and fibers between local and central teams, collaborating with other markets
• Provide technical support within DAZN Portugal’s vendors and providers, including studios, signal delivery, fiber connectivity with Telcos/Distribution partners, and maintenance of production and playout services
• Coordinate with central teams on delivery of materials and services needed for local editorial teams
• Oversee maintenance and technical monitoring of DAZN Portugal’s narration booths and video broadcast IP services
• Conduct technical visits to host broadcast operations, including UEFA Europa League and Conference League matches in Portugal

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in production management or technical broadcast roles
• Operational knowledge of TV studio broadcast, video podcasting, studio lighting, and GFX insertion
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with broadcast systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power
  Point
• Proactive,
  - oriented attitude with flexibility for match/event timings, and experience leading teams and managing projects
