Technical Program Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in cloud architecture, software delivery, and Java-based systems to lead complex fintech programs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead
  -
  - end delivery of fintech solutions — from architecture design and planning to live and operations.
• Manage cloud migration and modernization projects across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Architect and oversee Java-based microservices for tenant and performance systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align technology and business objectives.
• Run Agile ceremonies and ensure projects meet scope, quality, and timeline goals.
• Handle stakeholder communication, including technical workshops and executive briefings with clients.
• Mentor engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedli>
• 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud solutions, and technical program management.
• Strong Java programming experience (hands‑on understanding of APIs, microservices, and integrations).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and code tools (Terraform, Cloud
  Formation).
• Proven track record in fintech or digital payments, with experience integrating APIs, banking systems, or gateways.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Cloud and/or SAFe Agile are a plus.
