We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (Delivery Manager) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background,
- on experience in programming and software engineering (preferably in Java), and excellent
- solving skills. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to review architecture, contribute to solution design, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level) are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the
  -
  - end delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, clearly communicating project status, risks, and challenges
• Review and analyze system architecture to confirm alignment with business objectives and technical standards
• Collaborate with
  - functional development teams to design scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members when challenges arise
• Manage risks and roadblocks proactively, planning and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Support teams in resolving technical challenges encountered during project execution
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure deliverables meet
  - upon standards
• Facilitate communication between technical and
  - technical stakeholders to align expectations
• Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
  
  
  

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or related role in software development
• Background in software engineering and programming, ideally with
  - on experience in Java
• Expertise in reviewing architectures and contributing to the design of technical solutions
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile or Scrum methodologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments
• Exceptional
  - solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to challenges
• Ability to convey technical concepts effectively to
  - technical stakeholders and clients
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese at a B2+ level or higher (both verbal and written)
  
  
  

• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks beyond Java
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops practices, tools, or
  - based architectures
• Background in leading projects for
  - specific industries (e. g. , finance, healthcare, telecommunications)
• Capability to work with distributed teams across multiple geographies
