YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Managing interfaces to Engineering and other technical support functions within the Nordex Group.
- Supporting the project team to execute international projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Representing Nordex and its values to clients and stakeholders outside the Group.
- Supporting negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Developing
- specific technical modifications of wind turbines with team members like the Commercial Project Manager or Project Engineer. - Gaining experience from ongoing and completed projects for process optimization and product improvement.
- Leading internal improvement projects to enhance safety, performance, and operational costs of wind turbine components and tools.
- Creating transparency to optimize
- effectiveness in collaboration with other departments. - Proactively working to eliminate risks related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Engineering, Technology, Physics, or equivalent education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical topics in complex wind energy projects or similar industries.
- Experience in disciplinary or functional leadership.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e. g. , German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Broad knowledge of wind turbine technologies.
- Project management experience, preferably in wind energy.
- Self-responsible, structured, and
- oriented work approach. - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Intercultural understanding and ability to work productively in multitask teams.
- Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
