Your Responsibilities

• Managing interfaces with Engineering and other technical support functions within Nordex Group
• Supporting project teams to execute international projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Representing Nordex and its values to clients and stakeholders
• Supporting negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Developing technical modifications of wind turbines with team members
• Gaining experience from projects for process optimization and product improvement
• Leading internal improvement projects to enhance safety, performance, and operational costs
• Creating transparency for
  - effectiveness improvements in collaboration with other departments
• Proactively eliminating risks related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

Your Profile

• University degree in Engineering, Technology, Physics, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in wind energy or similar industries
• Leadership experience in a disciplinary or functional role
• Fluency in English; additional languages like German or Spanish are a plus
• Broad knowledge of wind turbine technologies
• Project management experience, preferably in wind energy
• Self-responsible, structured, and
  - oriented
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Intercultural understanding and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel abroad regularly
