Working with a committed and experienced team, you will work closely with bid and project managers to ensure work is driven according to project specifications.

As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects in the energy sector, providing our customers with advanced and efficient technological solutions and services.

We seek skilled and experienced candidates with approximately 5 years of experience managing projects in the energy sector. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your technical expertise and innovative attitude will be key in driving continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from feasibility to completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, task assignment, supervision, and technical guidance.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify risks and opportunities, defining strategies for management.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, bid, construction, commissioning, and quality, health, and safety teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Siemens Energy guidelines.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and industry regulations.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain deep technical understanding of project scope and coordinate with engineering teams and partners.
• Provide technical oversight in electrical system design, development, and implementation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

What You Bring

• Degree or master’s in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in similar roles.
• Passion for energy development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Availability for
  - term site activities.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience managing electrical engineering projects in the energy sector.
• Experience with Onshore and Offshore wind projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and motivation skills for engineering and technician teams.
• Organizational skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, resources, and manage budgets.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks ensuring timely and
  - aligned delivery.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project; CAD knowledge is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols.
