The Role

At greenmetrics. ai, we’re building intelligent systems to help cities adapt and build resilience to climate change and we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and help us manage the ambitious projects we have going on.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of projects that bring our technology to life. From scoping technical requirements, aligning stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution, to preparing and managing grant applications, you’ll be at the center of how our solutions move from concept to deployment. You will be reporting directly to our CEO, working closely with our engineering, data science and operations teams, as you turn ambitious ideas into concrete results that protect communities and strengthen climate resilience.

You will be responsible for
- Scoping and planning projects, translating technical requirements into clear deliverables, timelines and milestones.
- Supporting
- driven initiatives, applying your analytical background to understand data analytics and system integration requirements. - Coordinating
- functional teams (engineering, data science, operations, business development) to keep projects on track and aligned with client needs. - Overseeing project execution, monitoring risks, dependencies and quality of deliverables.
- Contributing to the preparation of grant applications by developing the technical case, ensuring accuracy and alignment with funding objectives.
- Tracking performance and reporting, ensuring project outcomes are documented and shared with clients, partners and funding bodies.
- Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to refine project workflows, methodologies and technical approaches.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, consulting, or similar roles that combine engineering and project delivery.
- A technical and analytical background (e. g. STEM), with the ability to understand and discuss technical requirements confidently.
- Experience in managing complex,
- stakeholder projects, ideally in Saa
S, data science or
- driven environments. - Familiarity with data analytics, not necessarily as a builder, but as someone who understands the technologies and can manage teams who work with them.
- Experience with funded projects (e. g. , grants, public funding, R&D) is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
- A consulting mindset — structured,
- solving oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. - Strong sense of autonomy, ownership and accountability, with the drive to see projects through from concept to measurable outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Based in the European Union (mandatory).
