Technical Project Manager
Overview
As a Technical Project Manager at Nokia, you will manage all technical activities outlined in the customer contract, ensuring quality execution while mitigating risks and adhering to timelines. Your role will span the entire project lifecycle, from defining the delivery approach to deployment, customer acceptance, and the care phase. With your expertise in telecom networks and familiarity with 5G, Packet Core, IMS, and IP networks, you will bring experience in at least one of the domains, like Fulfillment, Assurance, Inventory, OSS, Firewall, DNS, Security products, or Analytics.
Responsibilities

- sized projects. - Work with project management and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and operational continuity.
- Manage all technical activities outlined in the customer contract, ensuring quality, mitigating risks, and adhering to timelines.
- Drive technical execution and assist in phase activities, including Core Network Implementation, System Acceptance, and Fault & Escalation Management.
- Conduct technical risk evaluation, propose mitigation strategies, and implement preventive actions.
- Oversee technical resource management, including workload validation, expertise allocation, and onboarding.
- Identify and drive technical opportunities to expand customer contracts like network expansions and feature enhancements.
Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology, or equivalent, with 10+ years of
- on experience in project delivery. - Proven experience in driving virtual teams and driving project activities to completion.
- Strong ability to create, track, and manage technical work breakdown structures.
- Ability to coordinate with global teams and deliver solutions that meet customer business requirements.
- Familiarity with Telecom networks, including 5G, Packet Core, IMS, and IP networks, with experience in at least one domain, such as Fulfillment, Assurance, Inventory, OSS, Firewall, DNS, Security products, or Analytics.

- Skilled in managing tight project timelines, ensuring efficiency, and successful execution.
- Experience in technical management, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer needs.
