About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background to join our Lisbon team. This role is ideal for someone who spent several years as a Software Developer and has since moved into project coordination, combining technical depth with organizational and communication skills.

You will coordinate project execution across engineering and product teams, manage Jira workflows and automations, and ensure smooth delivery of features and releases. Your technical expertise will enable you to understand complex requirements, anticipate risks, and serve as the bridge between developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate
  - functional project execution with a focus on i
  OS app development.
• Own and optimize Jira administration (dashboards, automations, workflows, filters, and reporting).
• Collaborate with i
  OS developers and product managers to define timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure tasks are tracked, updated, and delivered with high precision.
• Leverage i
  OS development knowledge to anticipate risks, clarify requirements, and improve task breakdowns.
• Proactively flag blockers and communicate solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear project documentation, dashboards, and reporting for visibility.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and
  - team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination or technical operations, and 3+ years of prior experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including automations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong technical fluency; able to engage in development discussions and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Proactive, resourceful, and
  - oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon.
