About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex,

- end technology initiatives across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline with a solid technical understanding of modern software systems — ensuring that delivery aligns with strategic business objectives, compliance standards, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex,
- country projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define scope, requirements, and success metrics.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
Oversee technical dependencies and ensure architectural alignment across systems and teams.
Coordinate and oversee critical operational activities including penetration testing, disaster recovery testing, and system validations.
Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation standards (e. g. , ISO, regulatory requirements).
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies , and delivery challenges.
Drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and
- quality solutions that meet business and technical goals.
Foster collaboration among distributed,
- functional teams across multiple time zones.
Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity at every stage.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing
-
- end, complex projects, including
- country rollouts.
Strong understanding of product architecture, system design, and technical interdependencies.
Ability to blend technical expertise with structured project management discipline.
Hands-on familiarity with:
Java-based backends
React frontends
GCP services (advantageous, but not mandatory)
Experience working in
- native environments and leveraging modern Dev
Ops practices.
Solid grasp of compliance frameworks and regulatory documentation processes.
Prior exposure to penetration testing, DR testing, and system validation cycles.
Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and
- through.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Collaborative mindset and proven ability to lead and motivate distributed teams.
Background as a developer, architect, or technical lead is a strong plus.
