Technical Project Manager
We are seeking to complement and reinforce our existing teams in IT risk management, cybersecurity, and the fight against data leakage.
Define the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensure the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities.
Monitor the security of the Group's information systems.
Steer the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.
The evolving cyberthreat landscape increases the security risk of the financial sector, leading to strengthening our cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and operation resilience.
We are under the controls of European authorities and must be compliant with the European DORA regulation, effective from January 2025. DORA introduces a set of organizational and technical rules to ensure the resilience and cybersecurity of ICT assets supporting vital services. DORA emphasizes an integrated approach to ICT risk management.
Within the IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, the candidate will be part of the DORA governance team. The main mission will be to steer a DORA project and participate in the global activities of the team as governance.
Play a key role to ensure DORA requirements are well applied, communicated to all stakeholders, and implemented within the Group.
Activities
- Coordination/Project management:
- Be responsible for planning the different steps/actions of the project and their rollout.
- Set up indicators for monitoring DORA projects and coverage.
- Monitor the implementation of requirements by entity.
- Organize
- up meetings with entities.
- Communication:
- Ensure that all the stakeholders are informed about DORA project status and therefore aware of their involvement on the project.
- Provide monthly reports to the management on DORA coverage.
Main Tasks
- Assist the entities in implementing one of the technical requirements (Separation of network administration and production): Ensure the DORA project rollout (technical implementation and communications)
- Coordinate the actions between the different stakeholders.
- Integrate all stakeholders in the different steps of the project through committee and communication.
- Communicate on the DORA project status to all.
- Provide support for technical and business teams in their understanding of the DORA requirements and their implementation.
- Be the point of contact for Business, technical teams, CISOs, etc.
Technical Skills
- General knowledge of IT and IT security, knowledge of the technical and application architecture.
- Ability to understand Cyber security requirements, IT systems.
- Ability to manage a project.
- Ability to exchange with experts.
- Ability to lead a meeting, committee.
- Ability to define relevant KPIs and ability to understand, explain and conduct the change.
