Key Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership

- Define project scope, goals, and timelines

- Plan and manage resources, milestones, budgets, and risks

- Ensure timely,
- quality delivery

• Cross-Team Coordination

- Lead and motivate remote,
- functional teams

- Drive clear communication across all stakeholders

- Run effective project meetings and progress updates

• Performance & Reporting

- Monitor KPIs, timelines, and costs

- Identify issues early and solve them proactively

- Deliver concise reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships across teams and partners

- Manage expectations and ensure project alignment

- Ensure satisfaction with project outcomes

• Process Improvement

- Enhance internal PM workflows and tools

- Apply best practices from Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models

- Stay up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Project Management, ideally in i
  Gaming
• Experience in conducting a 360 tech platform migration project, from project initiation
• and
  - off to platform migration completion
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
• Strong communication, time management, and
  - making skills
• Familiarity with PM tools (e. g. , Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Click Up)
• Bonus: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
