Technical Project Manager Lisboa

At The Green Recruitment Company we are partnering with a leading player in the energy sector to find a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of
  - driven renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, IT, operations) ensuring timelines, quality, and efficiency.
• Contribute technically to the development or oversight of internal digital solutions.
• Manage budgets, risks, and project schedules.
• Report progress to management and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (ideally in energy, engineering, or technology).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ).
• Technical background or
  - on experience with digital solution development (e. g. , web development, Python, automation).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
