We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Recruiter to support our recruitment activities during a
- growth period. This is an excellent opportunity to gain

- end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and help shape the candidate experience.
As a Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for roles across Europe, New Zealand, Asia, and Canada. You will report to the Talent Manager based in Canada and work in an asynchronous environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in
- cycle recruitment for various roles (tech, marketing, operations, etc. ) - Conduct HR interviews
- Source candidates via job boards, Linked
In, internal databases, and employee referrals - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates

Minimum Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Experience hiring technical engineering roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Passion for people, hiring, and candidate experience
Nice to Have
- Exposure to tech/startup recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
- Proficiency in French or German
