Technical Recruiter
We are a technology consulting company with over a decade of experience in developing national and international IT and telecommunications projects and we want to be part of your story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (preferably IT, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English.
