Job Opening: IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and
- oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with sales managers to understand technical requirements for open roles;
2. Source candidates through internal database/tools, Linked
   In, and employee referrals;
3. Conduct initial phone screenings and assess technical skills;
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates;
5. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS);
6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals;
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
8. Stay updated on latest recruiting trends and best practices in the tech industry.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields;
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter;
3. Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e. g. , Boolean search);
4. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases;
5. Strong knowledge of technical roles (e. g. , Developers, System Admins, Data Analysts, Cloud Engineers);
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
7. Ability to work in a
   - paced,
   - driven environment;
8. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
9. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
