Partner with leading developers to understand regional technical and commercial requirements
Deliver tailored technical presentations and solutions to clients and industry stakeholders
Lead the creation and negotiation of complex technical proposals
Work
- functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
Assess risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies
Monitor industry trends and turn insights into strategic action
Promote best practices in safety, environmental responsibility, and performance
Contribute to the evolution of internal sales processes and digital tools
Travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and site inspections
What You Bring
Background:Degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline
Professional Experience:Relevant background in infrastructure, energy, or renewables projects
Prior experience in the wind sector is advantageous
Core Skills:Strong ability to craft, deliver, and negotiate technical sales proposals
Confident in interpreting customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly
Solid grasp of the European energy landscape
Soft Skills:Proactive communicator, collaborative mindset, and

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
