Your Mission

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of the brand, providing expert guidance and support to users, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Join a growing,

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, logging cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing updates on order status and resolutions.
• Handle queries related to deliveries, refunds, and warranties professionally.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, boosting revenue.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a
  - tier customer experience.
• Manage customer data accurately in CRM and order systems, complying with policies.

About You

• Native Italian speaker with solid B2 English skills
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive,
  - oriented,
  - driven
• Tech-savvy and quick learner of new tools
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Sales background is a plus
• Flexible for rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday, 08:00-19:00)

What We Offer

• Gross annual salary: €16, 484. 72 (base + bonus)
• Performance bonus: up to €225/month
• Meal allowance: €7. 23/day
• Transport allowance: €20/month
• Health insurance from day one (free after 6 months)
• Initial 6-month contract with renewal potential
• Rotational shifts, days off on Sunday and one rotating day
