We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team, working to inspire customers, prospects, and partners worldwide on how our apps for Jira and Confluence can transform teamwork.
This role involves leading engaging product demonstrations, representing us at Atlassian Community events, and acting as a trusted advisor for organizations scaling Atlassian solutions. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Delivering compelling product demos, workshops, and

- concepts to customers and prospects; - Addressing customer needs with our apps for Jira and Confluence;
- Acting as a visible leader in the Atlassian Community — online and at live events;
- Representing the company at Atlassian events, partner meetups, and international conferences;
- Developing and presenting technical sessions, webinars, and
- leadership content; - Collaborating with product, marketing and sales teams by feeding back customer insights and market trends;
- Building trusted relationships with customers and partners to drive solution adoption.
You should rock at:
- Technical sales experience
- Expertise with Jira and Confluence;
- Outstanding communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively;
- Running discovery sessions and mapping business requirements to technical solutions;
- Presenting confidently to user community, technical teams, and large audiences;
- Thriving in a highly
- facing role with frequent global travel.
It would be awesome if you:
- Understanding of the Atlassian Marketplace ecosystem;
- Have experienceas technical sales for Atlassian suite and apps;
- Have experiencewith Atlassian Community;
- Have a track record in Saa
S or Marketplace ecosystems.
