We are looking for an experienced Technical Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of complex solutions across the Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity). If you are passionate about architecture, integration, and delivering
- performance environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design
  -
  - end Salesforce solutions following best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Document system architecture, integrations, data models, and solution components
• Develop Proof of Concept (Po
  C) prototypes to validate technical approaches
• Guide project teams on best practices, coding standards, and reusable assets
• Support teams with platform configuration and administration
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Conduct technical assessments and solution reviews
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including 5+ years working with Salesforce
• Strong background in Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations (Platform, Sales, and Service)
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry using Salesforce products
• In-depth knowledge of data architecture, sharing models, visibility rules, and platform limits
• Extensive experience in configuration, security, and performance optimization
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e. g. , CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable
• Knowledge of Field Service and Industries Cloud is a strong plus
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
