You will be responsible for…

• Orchestrating delivery across multiple development teams, working across various geographies.
• Promoting alignment between Product and Tech teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Negotiating with product owners and business stakeholders to define the optimal scope that complies with technical requirements and supports the platform's architecture.
• Representing the technical team in
  - facing meetings, supporting the product team by analyzing key requirements, and proposing optimal technical solutions.
• Supporting squad leads to ensure clear requirements, established release plans, and maintained quality standards, with support from the Quality Assurance team.
• Coordinating
  - squad workstreams to minimize dependencies and avoid bottlenecks.
• Coaching squad leads to ensure high competence and operational excellence within their teams.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Understanding of the distinct phases of software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of team dynamics, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
