Technical Solutions Project Manager –Data Exchange & Middleware Coordination

Within a global banking and financial services environment, the Technical Solutions Project Manager will lead the implementation and migration of secure data exchanges (files, messaging) between internal teams and external partners (e. g. middle office, clients,
- party service providers).

This role requires strong coordination skills across IT infrastructure, security, network, and middleware, with a solid understanding of technical protocols and environments.

• Manage projects related to technical data transfer implementation (file exchanges, MQ messaging, etc. )
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (infrastructure, security, middleware, network) and external stakeholders (clients, providers).
• Lead scoping workshops,
  - up sessions, and technical reviews.
• Ensure delivery quality, adherence to deadlines, and management of project scope.
• Handle change requests and assess their impact on production environments.

• Act as a liaison between middleware teams and other IT domains.
• Review and challenge technical proposals related to file transfer, MQ, and network protocols.
• Communicate efficiently with system, security, and network engineers.

• Ensure alignment with architecture and security guidelines.
• Participate in architecture boards or security committees as needed.
• Validate technical designs and contribute to
  - making processes.

• Transfer protocols: Pe
  SIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS
• Middleware: Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ, API is a plus
• Data encryption: PGP / GPG
• Channel encryption: TLS, SSH
• Networks: understanding topologies, firewalls (IP scopes, ranges), leased lines
