We’re a fully remote team that values flexibility, creativity, and teamwork, and we’re looking for a talented Technical Specialist to join us. If you’re a pro at managing platforms and enjoy diving into technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Platform Access

You’ll handle access to platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Shopify. Basically, you’re the gatekeeper making sure everything’s set up securely and smoothly.

• Install and Manage Shopify Apps

We help clients get the most out of their Shopify sites. You’ll be in charge of installing and maintaining the apps that make it all work seamlessly.

• Set Up Conversion & Remarketing Tracking

You'll set up and troubleshoot tracking tags so our clients get accurate data and insights from their marketing efforts.

• Build Live Dashboards

Create
- time dashboards (mostly in Looker Studio) to track all the important stuff. It’s all about keeping the data clear and accessible for our clients.

• Ensure Privacy Compliance

We make sure our clients follow GDPR and other privacy regulations. You’ll help keep everything compliant so there’s nothing to worry about on the privacy front.

• Support Clients Directly

Got a knack for solving technical issues? You’ll handle technical queries, offer troubleshooting, and guide clients through tech challenges via email and technical calls.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role in
  - commerce (Technical Specialist, Platform Administrator, or Digital Analyst).
• You know your way around Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Shopify.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and remarketing, plus the
  - how to troubleshoot them.
• A solid understanding of GDPR and privacy best practices.
• Great communication skills - you can explain technical details in a way clients understand.
• Super organized and
  - oriented, able to juggle multiple platforms and tasks without missing a beat.
