Your Responsibilities :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electronic products

Advise customers on product usage and offer solutions to their queries

Follow up on logistics, deliveries, and quality checks

Support sales processes and ensure excellent service delivery

Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall service quality

Your Profile :

Native-level fluency in French and a good command of English

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work or residency permit is required

What You Will Get :

990 euros gross per month with
