Technical Support Agent – Polish Speaker

We are hiring a Developer Support Agent to join our client’s team in Lisbon (Oeiras). This role is suitable for candidates with technical support experience who are fluent in Polish and eager to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical and
   - related support to developers via email and chat.
2. Manage and resolve escalations and appeals from developers.
3. Explain complex technical and policy issues clearly.
4. Conduct research to provide accurate,
   - compliant solutions.
5. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex cases.
6. Review and maintain
   - facing documentation.
7. Understand and communicate technical concepts (APIs, APKs, NFC, etc. ).

Profile Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and good command of English.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or developer relations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a
  - paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google developer platforms is a plus.

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday (including public holidays).
• Up to 22 days of paid vacation per year.
• Monthly holiday and Christmas bonuses.

Salary

€1, 306 gross per month, including base salary, meal allowance, and bonuses.
