Base pay range

We are currently hiring for a Developer Support Agent position to join our client’s team in Lisbon (Oeiras). This opportunity is ideal for professionals with technical support experience who are fluent in Russian and interested in working in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical and
  - related support to developers via email and chat
• Manage and resolve escalations and appeals from developers
• Clearly explain complex technical and policy issues
• Conduct research to provide accurate,
  - compliant solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex cases
• Review and maintain
  - facing documentation
• Understand and communicate technical concepts (APIs, APKs, NFC, etc. )
  
  

• Fluency in Russian and good command of English
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or developer relations
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a
  - paced environment
• Familiarity with Google developer platforms is a plus
  
  

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday (including public holidays)
• Up to 22 days of paid vacation per year
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly
