As a Technical Support Agent, you'll ensure our users get fast, accurate, and friendly help whenever they need it. You'll be the backbone of our support operation, working within clear guidelines to keep service levels high and customer satisfaction even higher.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound support requests via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate complex cases

Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets

Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to keep your skills sharp

What We're Looking For:

Russian: Native or
- native fluency (C1)

English: Strong command (B2)

Available to work
- site in Porto city center (remote work not possible)

Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic

Clear and professional communication skills; strict adherence to guidelines

A true team player—collaborative, positive, and proactive

What We Offer:

Contract: 6 months (renewable)

Salary:? €1, 000 gross? ×? 14 months

Meal Allowance:? €7. 23? per working day

Schedule: Monday–Sunday? (Initially one morning shift; will evolve into rotating 24/7 shifts)

Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
