What you will do in this role
- Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience
- Handle and resolve

- end troubleshooting and customer support for our client’s advertising products via email and chat channels - Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve technical and product queries
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and regular updates
- Maintain adherence to service levels and achieve top productivity and resolution times
- Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent in Arabic (C1 level) and English (B2 level), both verbal and written
- Have experience in a Contact Centre or Service program within an Advertising Tech company
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Are familiar with social media platforms and digital advertising basics
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
