CSG is expanding its teams in Portugal to support our Managed Services Clients. These teams deliver support and operations services for our customers’ BSS solutions, focusing on CSG’s Digital Partner Management product. We are looking for a Technical Support Architect to join our growing Support & Operations team.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding the CSG solution to troubleshoot, drive business discussions, and identify changes.
• Interacting with customers to gather information and facilitate Change Requests.
• Providing Level 3 & 4 Support for technical issues in a live environment.
• Handling customer issues, troubleshooting, and providing feedback.
• Updating support tools with ticket details.
• Supporting customers as per support contracts.
• Overseeing product installations and ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Maintaining knowledge and tracking industry trends.
• Escalating issues as needed.
• Consulting on application/system sizing, performance, and deployment.
• Managing release promotions from development to UAT.
• Working in different shifts and
  - call 24/7.

Qualifications:

• TOGAF Certification is mandatory.
• Degree or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15-20 years in the software or related industries.
• Knowledge of telecom networks, billing solutions, CRM, and related terminology.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and support documentation.
• Proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, Java, and scripting languages such as Shell, Power
  Shell, Python, Perl.
• Experience with SQL/No-SQL/Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of Unix and application support.
