Job Description:

At MSX IBERIA, we are looking for a Technical Support Consultant (automotive industry) to join our team in Lisbon.

The main objective of our future collaborator is to ensure customers receive prompt and effective assistance while contributing to product and service improvements.

The functions you will perform daily include:

• Provide advanced technical assistance to dealerships and service centers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in vehicles, automotive systems, and components.
• Analyze technical data and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology developments.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
• Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

We're looking for you if:

• You have a
  - high English level (B2-C1).
• You have a high proficiency in Portuguese (C2 - native).
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support (automotive industry) or similar roles (Automotive technical trainer / Master technician / Flying doctor).
• A Mechanical Engineering degree is highly valued.
• Hybrid work system, with availability to work in Lisbon.
• You consider yourself to have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
