Overview
Technical Support Engineer (Advanced German proficiency) at Agile
Engine. You will be a key technical and business partner to the Global Professional Services Team, enabling customers to realize the value of our software solutions. You will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for customer IT and OT environments.
Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Develop and command a deep understanding of our IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises.
- Customer Engagement & Project Execution: Partner with internal stakeholders for Tensor customers, meet with client stakeholders to identify needs and objectives, translating these into impactful solutions that shorten time to value in using Team
Viewer products. - Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the customer onboarding journey through technical customizations and ensure requirements are met throughout the implementation process.
- Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, working with
- functional teams (Product Management, Customer Success, R&D) to ensure solutions meet expectations and are technically feasible. - Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within IT or OT software, servicing Large Accounts in Direct Mode.
- Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial Io
T. - Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including typical challenges, architectures, and
- making processes. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and
- technical audiences. - Experience with
- level Saa
S implementation engagements and solution design. - Proficiency in modern tools and platforms (cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware).
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a
- first approach. - Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
