Overview

Technical Support Engineer (Advanced German proficiency) at Agile
Engine. The role focuses on enabling customers to realize the value of software solutions, collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to address IT and OT environment challenges.

Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Develop and command a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises.
• Customer Engagement & Project Execution: Partner with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs, challenges, and objectives, translating these into solutions that reduce time to value in using Team
  Viewer products.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead customer onboarding through technical customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation.
• Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor with
  - functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and technical feasibility.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within IT or OT software, servicing Large Accounts in Direct Mode.
• Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial Io
  T.
• Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including typical challenges, architectures, and
  - making processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and
  - technical audiences.
• Experience with
  - level Saa
  S implementation engagements and solution design.
• Proficiency in modern tools and platforms (e. g. , cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, middleware).
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a
  - first approach.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
