Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Security) (m/f/d)

In this role, you'll be provide support for our global cloud protection services. We're looking for someone who likes solving complex technical challenges and genuinely enjoys helping clients navigate cybersecurity solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Provide
- level technical support for the cloud protection cybersecurity service, which includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the service - Availability for
- call duty during evenings, nights, and weekends. - Provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues in the service
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and knowledge base articles
- Provide product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the service manager
- Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to provide technical expertise and support.
This is how you’ll win us over:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Commitment to fulfilling in
- call rotations for 24x7 support. - Technical background in cloud cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or Service
Now
Preferred:
- Understanding of network protocols and packet analysis
- Experience with cloud security solutions, such as CNAPP, cloud security posture management, and cloud workload protection platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such ISO 27001
- Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, Comp
TIA Security+, Azure or AWS Certified
