Responsibilities (Text Only)

• Response and Resolution: You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. • Readiness: You lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge. • You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues, through training and readiness. • Product/Process Improvement: You identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must have hands on working experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent
- solving and troubleshooting skills. - Understanding Office integration with different platforms: Windows, 3rd party network shares/OS, mobiles, Share
Point, One
Drive. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 technology. - Good understanding of Office Setup & Deployment process. - Knowledge of Office Core applications: interface, usage/functions and troubleshooting (Word, Excel, Power
Point, One
Note, Publisher, Info
Path, Access). Nice to have:
- Networking skills and familiarity with communication protocols (ftp, http, etc). - Object oriented programming. - Scripting: VBS, Power
Shell, Java
Script, HTML5. - COM = Component Object Model. - VBA. Language Qualification: Portuguese OR Spanish Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
