What does it take to be a SMART Technical Support?

• Supporting test environments to maintain operational status.
• +4 years' experience in support;
• Basic knowledge of Java;
• Good experience in CI-CD and Dev
  Sec
  Ops: (Jenkins, XLD, XLR);
• SQL experience
• Knowledge of Control
  M is a plus
