Technical Support Engineer

• We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer
• Location: Lisbon
• Language: Fluent English Speaking
• Hybrid Model

Role Overview

Supporting test environments to maintain operational status, coordinating actions with Business Analysts or developers, and executing SQL scripts.

Participating in technical incident management in production.

These are the essential skills:

• 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of Java technology
• Solid knowledge of databases: (Oracle, SQL views & scripts)
• Experience in CI-CD and Dev
  Sec
  Ops: (Jenkins, XLD, XLR)
• Nice to have:

Knowledge of Control
M, CFT and MQ Series and FBTI

Functional appetite in the banking and Trade Finance sector
