We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer!
Tasks:
Key responsibilities include delivering user support and technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring system performance, conducting preventive maintenance, documenting technical processes and solutions, and supporting regular meetings with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and accountability.
Requirements:
- Expertise in web applications, error log analysis, and database management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Git
Lab and Git
Hub Actions. - Proficiency in Python, PHP, and Go Lang.
- Strong knowledge of Postgre
SQL and My
SQL. - Experience with Docker ECS and AWS.
- Experience with Foss
ID and Scan
OSS (a plus). - Experience with Wiz and VURIOUS.
- Understanding of software clearing.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and teams.
- Demonstrated initiative and
- solving aptitude with a proactive approach. - Patience and dedication to providing
- quality user support. - Ability to work independently.
- Aptitude for fostering a supportive environment with users.
